Human Resources
The Human Resources Working Group (HR WG) is in charge of recruiting new members for the different Working Groups ans ensure the completion of the goals each WG has set for themselves.
Its main goal is ensuring that the new members are suitable for the WG they are applying for and bringing the different WGs in contact though different events, creating a frindly, fun energy amongst the members of the organization.
Some of the tasks include:
- Performing short interviews in order to recuit new people for the WGs.
- Organizing fun activities for the members including fun nights, short trips to aviation related estamblishmets etc.
- Organizing workshops for training the soft and hard skills of the members in the different WGs.
